Blog Officially PRIVATE!!!

I've gone private!! If you're able to read this then it means you've made the list and you're my VIP!!!!  I honestly didn't realize SO many people were following my blog!! I'm so flattered by all the emails I got from people I never knew were reading asking to stay as followers and telling me how much they loved reading my blog.  Thank you =)  I love to write, always have, and this blog gives me a creative outlet as well as a place for me to share my life with those who care enough to read.  I appreciate each and every one of you!!!

PS - Ovulation testing starts tomorrow!!!!! Can't wait to see the double lines again so we can get going on making babies HAHA!!! Will keep y'all posted!!

TTC Update....

Simply put, out TTC status is that we're still trying.  Aunt Flo arrived last week so no, we're not pregnant.  We're totally going to just keep trying every month.  Taking O tests and getting it on when needed. 

Not that we've lost hope or anything (come on, we've only tried ONCE) but Ed and I know a LOT of people who have had difficulties TTC and we want to prepare for the worse scenario IF it happens to us.  Because being hopeful and expectant doesn't mean being naive I feel that I should at least be prepared for problems even if they don't happen.  We decided to keep trying until the end of September and if for whatever reason we're not pregnant yet we will stop trying the way we are trying and take a mini break.  If you know me you'll know that if we're not pregnant by then I'll probably start getting a little bit worried.  I want to prevent myself from feeling overwhelmed and that's why we came up with this idea.  We would stop trying (and who knows we COULD still get pregnant after that!) and plan a big trip for March (spring break).  This way we can have something positive to look forward to/be excited about and either way it will be WIN-WIN for us.  Off the top of our heads New York or Miami/Disney World would be where we would head off to.   

So I'll be doing a TTC update every month...and this month was a negative but O testing starts in a few days for me so who knows...I COULD get pregnant THIS time!!!!  Keep us in your prayers for a healthy baby soon!

Family Photos! - Photoblog!

They're here!!!!!!  Remember a few weeks back we had out family photoshoot with Tobey??  Well the photos are finally in my hands and I've printed them out for our home!!!  

We bought this tree photo frame wall art a few months ago and it had been sitting empty....finally it's filled!!!

Happy Birthday to my Hubs!

Today is my hubby's 29th birthday.  I LOVE this photo of him...it shows off his personality so well...playful, young at heart, fun and ADORABLE!  

This was back in 2008 before we were engaged.  

I can honestly say that Ed is PERFECT for me.  Yes he has flaws and there are things about him I can't stand but I really think we were made especially for each other.  Before I met him I was on a 1 year drought in the boyfriend department and I was getting realllllly upset with God because all my life I dreamed about finding Prince Charming and I was 25 years old and he still was not in my life.  Now I look back and everything makes sense.  I'm SO glad God planned it the way he did and I'm so grateful for having Ed in my life.   I'm ONE LUCKY GIRL!!!!!!

This song was played at a wedding I went to last week...I've heard it before but never looked it up to listen in FULL...but I LOVE it!!  Totally what I feel for Ed!!!  

Yummy Mummy!

So this blog is a semi-guest blogger post!  I recently met and started following Sara's log 'Miss Ahn's Beauty Reviews' and we've become friends on Facebook.  I asked her if she could do up a post giving tips on how to be a Yummy Mummy after giving birth. 

 I came up with this idea because a good friend of mine were talking one day and we were saying how we reallllllly hope that when we become mothers we don't totally just let ourselves 'go' (as in stop caring about the way we look, dressed, smelled....).  Just because you're a new mom does NOT mean you need to look like a hot mess right??  I know priorities will change once a baby is in your life but we still need to maintain our own personal styles and sense of self.  This post was done for those new moms out there who want/need a beauty boost!!  Head on over to Sara's blog for the latest reviews of the latest beauty products and tips! **You'll have to click on it to see it  better....it's rather small...**
